Meeting points & pickup instructions for airports and railway stations

Brussels Airport
In the arrival hall on the right side, close to the elevators, in front of JAVA COFFEE bar. If the passengers come out the customs / baggage reclaim area they should walk to the right.

Brussels Midi Train station
At Prêt à Manger situated in the main lobby of the train station near the exit Place Victor Horta/Pulmann Midi Hotel.

Düsseldorf Airport
At HERTZ CAR RENTAL in the arrival lobby, between exit gates 2A – 3B.

Charleroi Brussels South Airport
At the parking meters just outside the airport area. Turn right leaving Exit 4 of the airport building, walk 100 meters until the fence with turnstiles. The driver will be waiting just outside.

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
At the the Official Schiphol Airport Meeting point in the central lobby (Schiphol Plaza)

Liège Guillemins Train Station
At the elevator at platform 8.

Cologne-Bonn, Frankfurt, Paris CDG, Liège Airport, Maastricht, Eindhoven…
The driver will be waiting at the gate/terminal where the passengers come out, according to the flight information (e.g. gate 4B, 8c,….)
